Refund & Shipping Policies
Shipping Policy: At Rooted Remedies, each order is prepared with care and intention. Becaue our remedies are made to order, we appreciate your understanding and patience with processing and delivery timelines.
Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 5 business days. During sales, holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.
Orders are shipping Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
Shipping Methods & Tracking: All orders are shipped via a tracked shipping method (USPS). Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that shipping timelines provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Delivered Packages: Once a package is marked “delivered” by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
Rooted Remedies is not responsible for: Packages marked as delivered but not received, stolen packages, packages delivered to incorect or insecure locations, delays caused by the carrier.
We do not issue refunds or replacements for orders that are confirmed delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend: checking with household members or neighbors, inspecting the delivery area (porch, mailbox, side door, etc), contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
We are happy to provide tracking details to assist with carrier inquiries.
Incorrect Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Rooted Remedies is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.
Returns & Refunds: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has shipped, except in cases of damage during transit.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include: Your order number, clear photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will review and determine the appropriate resolution.
Small Business Note: Rooted Remedies is a small, independently owned business. Remedies are prepared individually, not mass produced. We ask for your understanding as we balance customer care with the sustainability of our business.
