We try our best to fulfill orders within 1-3 business days to get them shipped out to you! Products are shipped using
3-day priority shipping with the USPS. 

Please note: Larger orders (containing 8+ remedies) may take a little longer to fulfill.

We ship nationally and internationally. Shipping rates vary. Check your location requirements and custom details. If you live outside of the U.S. and are interested in products, you may also reach out to info@shoprootedremedies.com.

Please note: Rooted Remedies is not responsible for replacing orders that have been lost in transit. We are a small business and want customers to have a great experience shopping with us, however some things are outside of out control (i.e. shipment delays, weather conditions, customers inputting incorrect addresses, etc.). Our products use homeopathic remedies from homeopathic pharmacies, who are very strict in their guidelines and manufacturing of high-quality homeopathic medicines. 

We do not use frequencies (i.e. imprints, radionics or bio- resonance machines) in the process of making remedies. While we respect different schools of thought in homeopathic practice, we are more traditional in terms of the process of remedy preparation.

While the Home-Support line is typically considered okay for both breastfeeding and pregnancy, it’s important to always check with your doctor or health provider before adding in any new supplements to a routine. Please discuss your needs with your doctor.

The Home-Support line is a lower potency line created for the general population. The Practitioner Line includes nosodes, isodes and higher potencies that require a practitioner for support.

Choosing a high quality alcohol was a top priority. We use organic, kosher, grain-free vodka made from organic cane sugar.

Our hope is by sourcing high quality vodka this lessens the chance for those who are very sensitive. Keep in mind, the amount of alcohol in a dose is minor. If you are still sensitive, you can “burn off” the alcohol by bringing to a boil 1 oz of water, add in the homeopathic dose, let sit 10 minutes and then take as usual.

Some clients place custom-orders, requestion organic coconut glycerin in single remedies to replace alcohol. Note: This does adjust the shelf life to up to 1 year. 

Pellets are only available to collaborative projects in bulk, not for individual sale. For these instances, organic cane sugar pellets are used.
